Truth or Consequences

A dramatic performance for high school audiences. The drama consists of a series of vignettes, both humorous and serious, that address internal and external sexual pressures.

The audience watches a couple on their way to prom. Both the girl and the boy struggle with society’s expectations, and how to talk to their date about their readiness for intimacy. Then we cut to a game show, where the host, Sly Clysdale, leads the participants through an engaging set of trivia questions on just about everything. We watch an episode of “Chums,” where real-life consequences of premarital sex do apply, and we see how a teen couple struggles with feelings of anger and loss after choosing to have sex.

Thought-provoking and powerful, this is a must-see for any high school.
